By accessing the Better Law Firm Site website (www.better-law-firm-site.com), purchasing our services, or using any of our digital marketing solutions, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Creative Pixel Studios LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Better Law Firm Site ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

We provide professional website design services specifically for law firms and legal professionals, including template customization, content creation, technical implementation, and mobile-responsive design using the Webflow platform.
All client websites are hosted on our professional Webflow hosting plan, which includes:
Our ongoing services include search engine optimization, content creation, local search optimization, Google Business Profile management, analytics reporting, and comprehensive digital marketing support as outlined in our service packages (Starter, Growth, and Authority).
All services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles, including ongoing website maintenance, SEO services, content updates, technical support, and Webflow hosting management according to your selected package.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD UNLESS YOU CANCEL. You will be charged the then-current rate for your selected package. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.
Services are billed monthly or annually according to your selection. Billing begins on the date of initial payment and continues on the same day of each subsequent period.
We may modify our pricing with thirty (30) days advance written notice to existing customers. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle after the notice period.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by using the Stripe Customer Portal.
Cancellations must include your account information and requested termination date. We will provide written confirmation of cancellation within 48 hours.
Upon cancellation, ongoing services (hosting, SEO, maintenance) will cease at the end of your current billing period. You retain ownership of your website content and we will provide assistance in data/website transfer.
We deliver completed websites within 5-10 business days from completion of our intake process. Timeline begins after payment is received and all required client information is provided.

We reserve the right to modify our services, features, or offerings with thirty (30) days advance notice to existing customers.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
Upon full payment, you own all content specifically created for your website, including custom text, images you provide, and firm-specific customizations. We will host the site on our account and you will have access to it. Upon cancellation, we will work with you to transfer necessary data and all website materials/content.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our customized template for your law firm's website. This license terminates upon service cancellation.
We may incorporate third-party tools, plugins, or services. Use of such materials is subject to their respective terms and licenses.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM SEO SERVICES, WEBSITE PERFORMANCE, SEARCH RANKINGS, OR CLIENT ACQUISITION. Results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.
While we strive to maintain 99.5% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur.
Our services rely on third-party platforms including hosting providers (Webflow), Cloudfare, Stripe, and various software tools. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policy changes.
While we design websites with legal advertising compliance in mind, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring all content meets professional conduct requirements in your jurisdiction.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
We provide website design and digital marketing services, not legal advice. We are not responsible for legal compliance beyond general best practices.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creative Pixel Studios LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

Information is used solely for service delivery, customer support, billing, and legitimate business operations. We do not sell client information to third parties.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures including SSL encryption, secure hosting, regular backups, and access controls.

These Terms comply with California Civil Code Section 1799. We provide clear auto-renewal terms, easy cancellation methods, and advance notice of changes.
We understand the unique requirements of legal marketing and strive to maintain compliance with legal advertising standards, though ultimate compliance responsibility rests with you.
We comply with applicable data protection laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose.
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through direct communication.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any executed service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
We may modify these Terms with thirty (30) days notice. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
You may not assign your rights without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any affiliate or successor entity.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
